Ingredients: Metric Units
NOTE: My husband just ordered a bunch of fruit trees for our property, including a peach tree, so I'd better start collecting some of my peach recipes together!

Cobbler:
3 lbs. fresh peaches
juice of 1/2 a standard-sized lemon
3 shakes of the cinnamon container
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. tapioca pearls or cornstarch

Butter Crumb Top:
1/4 lb. (that's one stick) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1.5 cups all-purpose flour to make it crumb consistency
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cobbler: Skin and slice the peaches. Quickly add lemon juice (to prevent browning), cinnamon, sugar, and tapioca; mix well. Pour into a pie plate.

Topping: Melt butter and add sugar. Mix in flour to make a crumbly mixture. Crumble over peach mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!!! -Diana
