8 oz. softened cream cheese
6 oz. flaked white crabmeat, fresh if you can get it, or canned in a pinch
1 Tbsp. fresh minced parsley (dried in a pinch)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
Good quality crackers or toasted baguette slices
Directions:
In a medium bowl, soften cream cheese. Blend in the crabmeat, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix well. Chill for at least two hours. Serve with crackers or bread. Makes 2 cups. Enjoy! -Diana
