Rum Marinade


Ingredients:
2 c dark rum 7 star anise pods zest of 1 lemon 1 Tbsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 c cilantro leaves 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Grant Family Recipe Place all ingredients in blender, pulse 30 sec. Pour over fish/seafood, marinate 30 min. use some marinade with buter to cook fish or seafood.
