Tuna Potato Cakes More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
2 cans tuna, drained
1 med baking potato, peeled grated
1/2 small onion, peeled grated
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg
fresh bread crumbs
salt, cayenne to taste
Directions:
With fork, combine tuna, potato and onion, parsley, egg. Add crumbs to make mixture firm enough to form into patties. Season with salt, pepper. Saute in nonstick skillet to brown nicely about 10 min per side.
