Ingredients: Metric Units
1 lb tomatoes (or use 1 16 oz can, w/juice)
1 sm green pepper, chopped
6 radishes, chopped
1/3 c red onion, chopped
1/3 c chopped jalapeno peppers
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Purée tomatoes in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients, stir.
Serve—olé!
