Bistecca Alla Fiorentina More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 tsp. peppercorns, crushed
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 loin steaks, about 1 1/2" thick ea.
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Steak night, Italian style.

Yield: 4 servings

Rub pepper and the rosemary into both sides of the steaks. Grill four inches from a hot fire for five minutes per side, slating the meat on its cooked side after it is turned. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut steaks into slices across the grain. Serve.
