1 tsp. peppercorns, crushed
2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 loin steaks, about 1 1/2" thick ea.
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Rub pepper and the rosemary into both sides of the steaks. Grill four inches from a hot fire for five minutes per side, slating the meat on its cooked side after it is turned. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut steaks into slices across the grain. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
