3 med. garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. grainy mustard
juice of one lime
juice of 1/2 lemon
6 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, marinate chicken 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. (A large ziplock bag is perfect for the task, and won't need to be washed out afterwards!)
