Chicken (duh), boneless
2 or 3 fresh carrots
garlic
onion salt
meat tenderizer
pepper
ginger (or the Professor or MaryAnne)
Cinnamon
Orange Juice
oil
cheesy green early 70s rugs (optional)
Directions:
R onto 100, L onto 113. After 3rd light, turn into Woodmont N., to Apt.J9 to eat prepared donimating chicken or:
Heat oil in skillet to 300°F. Brown chicken, add tenderizer. Sprinkle on garlic, onion salt, pepper. Then flip. Repeat. When almost cooked sprinkle on cinnamon. Flip and repeat. Then add diced carrots and 1 c. OJ. Cover & simmer until carrots are tender.
