1 kielbasa sausage, 1 1/2 lb.
6 med potatoes
1 lg onion, sliced thin
2 ribs celery, sliced thin
3 Tbsp butter
1 c water
1 qt sauerkraut, undrained
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
Lightly coat 9x13 baking pan
with vegetable cooking spray.
Slice kielbasa thinly into 1/8" slices. Cover bottom of baking pan with a layer of kielbasa slices.
Peel potatoes, slice thinly. Layer on top of sausage. Add layer of onion and celery. Dot top with butter. Pour on water.
Bake, covered, about 35 min. at 350°F (or until vegetables are tender). Remove from oven, spoon sauerkraut on top. Mix soup with 2/3 can water. Pour over casserole, return to oven for 30 minutes.
