1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. peaches, peeled, chopped
1 c. blueberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Mix in eggs, sour cream, vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon). Add gradually, mix well.
Fold in fruit. Pour into greased 5x9 loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45-60 min or until loaf tests done (knife comes out clean).
