1 lb beef rump steak
1/3 c lt soy sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine/sherry/sake
1 1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
6 Tbsp veg oil
8 oz young celery
1 med carrot
1 med onion
1 med grn pepper
1-3 fresh red chilies
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
salt
Directions:
Shred beef. Marinate in soy sauce, sake, sugar, ginger, 1 1/2 Tbsp oil. Cover, let stand 2 hrs. Trim celery, carrot, onion, pepper, chili to shreds. Stirfry chili 1 min. Add veg, stirfry 2 min. Set aside. Stir fry meat until quite dark, crisped at ddges. Return vegetalbes. add sesame oil, salt. Toss, serve.
