Mexican Lasagne More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
4 chicken breasts
12 oz jar of your favorite salsa
4 lg whole wheat tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
Put half of the salsa into a crockpot. Place chicken in salsa and top with remaining salsa. Cook on low all day. When you come home from a hard day's work, turn off the crockpot and take a bubblebath. Dry yourself off and return to kitchen(you will notice you do not dress yourself: this is a spicy dish). Shred chicken. In 9x13, place 2 tortillas, cover bottom. Spread 1/2 chicken evenly on top. Cover with cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until cheese bubbly. Meet husband at door in your spicy cooking attire! ;-)
