2 cans (10.75 oz. ea) condensed cream of X soup
1 c milk
1/2 c chopped onion
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 lb sauerkraut, drained
8 oz uncooked med width noodles
1 1/2 lb Polish sausage, in 1/2"
2 c shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c whole wheat bread crumbs
1 Tbsp butter, melted
Combine soup, milk, onion, mustard. Spread sauerkraut in greased 9x13. Top with uncooked noodles. Spoon soup miture over noodles. Cover with sausage and top with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and butter in small bowl. Sprinkle over cheese. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until noodles are tender.
