1 c. Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. olive oil
8 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. white wine
1 lb. linguine
2 c. broccoli florets, blanched
Directions:
Heat butter and oil. Add garlic, pepper. Brown. Ad wine, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium and simmer 3 minutes. Add broccoli, cook 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook linguine, drain. Toss linguine with sauce, serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4 - 6
