Pasta with Spicy Meat Sauce More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. chili paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. fresh egg noodles (1 lb.)
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
3/4 lb. ground pork/beef
1/2 sm. onion, coarsely chopped
2 tsp. cornstarch + 4 tsp. H20
2 green onions, thinly sliced (garnish)
Combine sauce ingredients in med. bowl. Set aside. Cook noodles, drain, toss with sesame oil. Set aside. In wok, heat vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides. Add garlic, ginger, meat, onion. Stir-fry 3 min. or until browned. Add sauce, bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 3 min. Add cornstarch sol'n and cook until sauce boils and thickens. Pour sauce over noodles. Garnish with green onions.
