Quick Pasta Sauce


Ingredients:
3 tsp oil 1 onion, diced finely 4 garlic cloves 2 lbs tomatoes, peeled, chopped 1 c tomato juice 2 Tbsp tomato paste Fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in medium-sized pan, cook onion over medium heat, with lid on pan until soft, 2-3 min. Add garlic, tomatoes, juice and paste, bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat to medium, cover, cook sauce 15 min. Season with pepper.
