Panzanella (Bread Salad) More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 lb tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1 sm red onion, sliced thinly
1 c fresh basil in strips
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
3 c garlic croutons
Directions:
In small bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, basil, oil, vinegar. Let stand 15 min. In large bowl, toss tomato mixture with croutons, until combined. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
