Sour Cream Buttermilk Cornbread


Ingredients:
2 c cornmeal 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 c buttermilk 1 carton (8oz) sour cream
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, baking soda, and salt. Mix in buttermilk and sour cream. Pour into well greased 9" pie plate or cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 min. or until lightly borwned.
