Sour Cream Buttermilk Cornbread More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
2 c cornmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c buttermilk
1 carton (8oz) sour cream
Directions:
Combine cornmeal, baking soda, and salt. Mix in buttermilk and sour cream. Pour into well greased 9" pie plate or cake pan. Bake at 350 for 40 min. or until lightly borwned.
