Tuna Primavera Salad More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
12 oz. rotini, uncooked
2 6.5 oz. cans tuna, drained, flaked
1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
3/4 c chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. torn lettuce
Directions:
Cook rotini, drain. Combine pasta, tuna, tomato, zucchini, celery, green pepper, green onion. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard dill, salt, pepper. Add and toss to coat. Cover, chill thoroughly. Before serving, add lettuce and mix well. 6 - 8 servings.
