Grilled Steak Bruschetta


Ingredients:
1 lb boneless sirloin steak, 1" 4 crusty rolls, split 1/3 c prepared Italian dressing 3/4 c shredded Mozzarella 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix 2 c thinly sliced spinach leaves 1 large tomato, chopped 1/3 c thinly sliced fresh basil
Directions:
Remove excess fat. Brush cut side of rolls with prepared dressing. Place cut sides down on medium hot grill; toast until crisp and golden. Turn rolls, sprinkle with cheese and grill 1 to 2 min more. Press dry dressing mix into sides of steak. Grill ove rmedium heat, 16-20 min., turning occasionally. Combine spinach, tomato and basil; divide. Divide spinach mixture among rolls. Carve steak into thin slices, arrange on spinach mixture.
