1 lb tofu, sliced 1/2"
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp ginger juice
Pan fry slices in oiled pan over med. heat. Brush half of the following mixture over slices: 1/4 c soy sauce, garlic, ginger. Pan fry 5 min or until golden brown on bottom. Flip, repeat.
