Amaretto Icing


Ingredients:
1 c powdered sugar (icing sugar, 10X) 1 EggBeater 4 Tbsp butter 1 tsp. amaretto liqueur
Directions:
A Grant Family Recipe. An elegant touch for a chocolate cake. Yield: enough frosting for 1 cake - 9x13, 2-layers... Combine all ingredients. Beat to a spreadable consistency.
