Emerald-Sesame Greens More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger root
2 bunches kale, coarsely chopped
1/2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp black sesame seeds
1/4 tsp ground Szechuan peppercorns
Directions:
Heat nonstick saute pan over med heat. Add oils.

Add minced garlic, ginger, saute 3 minutes.

Add kale, continue to cook. Add a sprinkle of water for moisture to prevent burning.

Cook 5 - 7 min, stirring often utnil almost tender. Stir in tamari, sesame seeds, peppercorns.
