Marinade:
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp dillweed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil |

(Marilyn was our minister's wife. Her marinated broccoli and mushrooms was a perennial summer picnic favorite. Dad kind of took it and ran with it.)
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate covered for 24 hours in refrigerator. Drain and chill before serving. Does not keep well.
(It tastes okay, but the vegetables lose their color, which isn't...photogenic.)
