6 c. raw potatoes, sliced thinly
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 onion
2 1/2 c. hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions:
Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
Add minced onion.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour, and dot with butter.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
