Mexican Black Beans


Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 large jalapeƱo, seeded, chopped 1/2 tsp grd cumin 2 15 oz can black beans, rinsed, drained 1 14 .5oz can low salt chicken broth fresh lime juice cilantro
Directions:
Heat oil in hvy lg saucepan over med hi heat. Add garlic, chili, cumin, saute 30 sec. Add beans, broth, cook 5 min, stirring occasionally. Coarsely mash beans with potato masher. Continue boiling utnil thick, stirring frequently about 10 min. Season to taste with lime juice, salt, pepper. Transfer to bowl, sprinkle with cilantro. Serves 6
