olive oil
4 onions
100 g smoked bacon, chopped
1 tsp garlic pdr
1 kg boiled potatoes, skin on, diced
6 Tbsp cream
2 tsp paprika
salt & pepper
12 eggs
Directions:
Chop onions, saute with bacon. Mix remaining ingredients, add to onion/bacon. Add beaten eggs, pour mixture into a greased oven-proof baking dish. Cook in a med oven until eggs set, top browned.
