Tuscan Beans


Ingredients:
3/4 pound white beans 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage 2 cloves garlic, sliced 4 cups water 1 large fresh tomato, peeled and cut into pieces 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 MORE Tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Place well-washed (wash them well, not IN a well) in a large saucepan with oil, sage, garlic, water and tomato. Cover pan, and cook over low flame 3 hours, or until tender. Add salt, pepper and olive oil before serving. Serves 4. Enjoy!
