Two-Layer Chocolate Orange Fudge More Recipes Like This

Ingredients: Metric Units
14 fl. oz. can plus 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. semisweet chocolate (2 packages)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
6 oz. white baking chocolate
Line an 8x8 pan with foil, spray with nonstick spray. In a medium sized bowl, break chocolate into evenly sized 1 oz. or 1/2 oz. pieces. Pour 1 can (14 fl. oz.) condensed milk over chocolate. Heat in microwave 1 min., stir vigorously.

Heat another minute if chocolate is not melted, then stir vigorously. Melting process takes 2 - 3 min., depending on the microwave. Stir until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla and orange extract, stir until smooth and glossy. Spread into prepared pan.

In another bowl, break white chocolate into pieces. Pour 1/2 c. condensed milk over chocolate. Heat in microwave 30 sec., then stir, as above. Continue to heat in 30-second increments until chocolate has melted. Spread into pan over chocolate layer (be careful, it's easy to pull the dark layer up to the top while spreading the top to the edges).

If desired, garnish with orange zest. Chill 2 - 3 hours. Cut into squares, share and enjoy.
