Swedish Meatballs (Köttbullar)
 | Ingredients: Metric Units 1 lb. ground meat (beef, or pork, or turkey, or a mixture)
1/2 c. milk 1 small onion, grated fine 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. salt fine breadcrumbs |
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, adding enough breadcrumbs to form meatballs easily. Meatballs should be on the small side, about the size of a walnut. Spray skillet with nonstick, saute meatballs until done all the way through.
