1 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
dash salt
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions:
Warm milk. Sift together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat eggs. Add honey and mix.
Add milk and mix.
Add dry ingredients. Fold together – do not beat – warm milk will take care of lumps. Let sit while skillet heats.
Serves 3-4.
