Whole Wheat Honey Pancakes More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Heat milk (do not boil). Beat eggs in large bowl. Add hot milk, vegatable oil, honey, and vanilla to eggs and beat well. In separate bowl, sift together whole flour, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cook on hot griddle. Good with maple syrup, yogurt, and/or berries.

These cakes are more filling than your typical pancake, but still light and tasty enough to please the kids.
