Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef 1 clove garlic 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. cayenne (or more to taste) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. cocoa 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar To serve it 2-Way: over spaghetti To serve it 3-Way: over spaghetti, grated cheese on top To serve it 4-Way: over chopped onions over spaghetti, grated cheese on top To serve it 5-Way: over kidney beans over chopped onions over spaghetti, grated cheese on top
Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil in large skillet. Add ground beef, brown until done. Add remaining ingredients. (It's a long list, but don't skip -- it'll all balance out, I promise.) Simmer. Serve it 2-Way, 3-Way, 4-Way, or 5-Way, whatever your fancy. A regional Ohio favorite.
