Baked Sweet Corn More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 c. canned corn
2 eggs, well beaten
1 heaping tsp. sugar
1 c. milk
salt and butter to taste
Directions:
This baked corn dish is perfect for the Thanksgiving table.

Yield: 4-6 servings

Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a 2 quart baking dish, set aside.

Drain corn. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered baking dish 40 minutes at 400 F.
