Old House Potato Pudding


Ingredients:
6–8 large potatoes 1 onion, grated 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk, hot 6 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp. salt Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Peel and grate potatoes and combine with grated onion, eggs, hot milk, melted butter, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Pour mixture into a well buttered shallow baking pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
