3 lb sweet potatoes, cooked in jackets and mashed
3/4 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 c milk
Directions:
Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole.
Mash sweet potatoes, add all ingredients except 2 Tbsp. sugar. Put sweet potato mixture in casserole. Sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake at 400 F for 30 min.
