Shoo-Fly Cake


Ingredients:
4 c. flour 1 lb. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 1 c. molasses 2 c. boiling water 2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Cut together the flour, brown sugar, and butter. Save 1 /12 c. for topping. Blend molasses, water, and baking soda. Combine with flour mixture and put in a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Add topping. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Recipe by Debbie Francis
