Ingredients: Metric Units
2 ounces herbs
2 cups vinegar
Place 2 ounces fresh, clean herbs in a clean jar with a clamp-top lid. Bring 2 cups of vinegar to a boil, and pour over the herbs. Seal and leave to infuse for at least 2 weeks, shaking the jar occasionally. To store: Strain the vinegar into a clean jar or bottle and seal with a cork.
