Mock Devon Cream
1 cup whipping cream, chilled
2 tsp. confectioner's sugar
1/3 cup chilled sour cream, measured in a metal measuring cup
Beat whipping cream in a chilled bowl with chilled beaters of an electric mixer on high speed until it starts to thicken.
Add the confectioner's sugar. Continue beating until soft peaks form. Fold in the sour cream with a rubber spatula.
Serve immediately or keep refrigerated for 2-3 hours. Enjoy! -Diana
