6 med. sweet apples
1/2 c. raisins
3 to 4 ribs celery, diced
1 to 1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sour cream
pinch of sugar
Directions:
Quarter apples and soak in lemon water. Drain apples and chop into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients to blend. Chill and serve.
