Three Bean Salad More Recipes Like This


Ingredients: Metric Units
1 c. green beans
1 can (16 oz.) wax beans
1 can (16 oz.) red kidney beans
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced

Marinade
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Drain the green and wax beans and cut in half. Drain and wah the kidney beans. Prepare marinade and pour over all. Marinate 24 hours.
