Cookie recipes
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c sour cream
5 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° and grease cookie sheets. Beat the eggs well, then add the sugar, sour cream, butter, and vanilla, beating until well incorporated. Mix flour, baking soda and nutmeg together and gradually add to the first mixture, beating well. Arrange by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on the cookie sheets and bake for about 10 min or until lightly browned.
