Cherry Pudding


Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten 3 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 3 c. sour cherries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Seed and drain cherries. Melt butter. Combine ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in covered casserole. Remove lid and bake for 15 more minutes. Recipe by Pearl Moses Detwiler, St. Peter's Lutheran Church Sewing Circle Cook book, 1972.
