1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. sour cherries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Seed and drain cherries. Melt butter. Combine ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in covered casserole. Remove lid and bake for 15 more minutes.
