NOTE: Yeah, I know it takes a lot of ingredients to make this, and it probably costs less to BUY curry than make this recipe. However, if you're stuck at home in a snowstorm or something and you absolutely cannot live without curry powder, well, here's your fix.
Briefly raost mustard and fenugreek seeds in a 300 degree oven; let cool and grind to a powder with a mortar and pestle. Uniformly combine this powder and the remaining ingredients. Store in a tight-lidded container. Enjoy! -Diana
