1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c light brown sugar, packed

1/2 c water
Chop garlic cloves finely.
Blenders have a tendency to chop the living daylights out of whatever's on the bottom near the blades and leave the rest untouched. This is where
food processors really shine. Use one if you have one.
In a
blender or food processor, combine garlic, lime juice.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until well combined, scraping down sides as necessary.
Use as a dipping sauce for vegetables, toss with cold cooked noodles and sesasame seeds for a delicious starter, toss with greens and mandarin oranges for a Pacific Rim salad...
Refrigerate or freeze any leftover portions.
