Chinese Sauce recipes

Ingredients: Metric Units
6 Tbsp peanut butter
6 Tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp tomato paste
Be sure to shake the living daylights out of the coconut milk can before you open it - in shipping, it separates into two layer, which are crazy hard to get to homogenize after you've opened the can. So shake it, baby!

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stirring, heat over low heat. Stir until smooth and heat 5-10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with chicken-on-a-stick as a dipping sauce, drizzle over your favorite stir-fry, toss with cooked noodles for an easy appetizer.
