Ginger Scallion Topping
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp shredded fresh ginger
2 chopped scallions
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
sesame oil
1/4 tsp sugar
Directions:
Saute ginger, scallions in oil 1 minute. Stir in 1 Tbsp soy sauce, few drops sesame oil, 1/4 tsp sugar.
