Cream Cheese Frosting (Morotskaka Glasyr)

Ingredients:
1 8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp butter, softened 3/4 c confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar) 1 tsp vanilla extract shredded coconut, for garnish
Directions:
Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature to soften slightly. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread over the completely cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut over the top for garnish.
