1 1/4 c whipping cream
3/4 c Egg Beaters egg substitute (3 eggs worth)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3/4 c sugar
1 8-oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese
Graham crackers
Directions:
Whip cream.
In a separate bowl, beat Egg Beaters, together with sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese. Carefully fold in whipped cream.
Pour into springform pan.
Crush graham crackers, sprinkle on top. Freeze 1-4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.
