Mustard Cream (Senapsgrädde)

Swedish Sauce recipes

Ingredients:
2 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
Directions:
Combine mustard and sugar and whisk into cream. Whip until stiff. The traditional garnish for Beef Rydberg. Adapted from Served from the Swedish Kitchen: Fifty Classic Recipes from Sweden.
